Purchases

We process identity, contact, billing, delivery and order data to manage payment, fulfil the order, provide customer support, comply with accounting and tax duties and prevent fraud. The legal bases are performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interest in protecting the store.

Marketing

We send marketing emails only when you give separate consent, for example through an ARITTA subscription form. Buying a product does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in each email.

Service providers

Stripe processes payments, Vercel hosts the website and Klaviyo manages opted-in email communications and related campaign analytics. Correos or another disclosed carrier receives the data required to deliver orders. These providers process data under their own terms and applicable data-protection safeguards.

Retention and rights

Order and invoice data are retained for the periods required by law. Marketing data are kept until consent is withdrawn, subject to necessary suppression records. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent, by emailing us. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
