Products and prices

Product descriptions, available sizes, estimated delivery dates and prices are shown before checkout. Prices are expressed in euros and include Spanish VAT. Shipping is shown separately before payment.

Ordering and payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment has been confirmed and ARITTA sends the corresponding confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an evident pricing error, fraud indication or unavailable allocation.

Limited pre-orders

The Blush Tsunami Hoodie release is limited to 25 paid pre-orders. The current estimated delivery is December 2027. If a material delay occurs, customers will be informed and may exercise the cancellation rights described in the pre-order policy.

Returns and conformity

Cancellation, withdrawal, exchanges, returns and defective-product rights are explained in our Pre-orders, cancellations & returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable Spanish and EU law.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may bring claims before the courts corresponding to their place of residence where mandatory consumer law so provides.
